Impacts of the new land laws in defining property rights in Pará 4k512r

In 2009 two new land laws were published: one by the Federal Government and the other by the Pará State Government. Both deal with rules for regularizing occupation of public lands, but have differences regarding the requirements and processes for issuing land titles.
