Imazon lança programa para mulheres líderes que residem no Pará 4n1w3t

O Imazon está com inscrições abertas para o Programa Lideranças Amazônicas Sustentáveis (LIAS), que irá capacitar 30 mulheres líderes residentes no Pará e de diferentes áreas de conhecimento a participar do debate público sobre mudanças climáticas antes da COP-30. O prazo para se inscrever encerra no próximo domingo, dia 2 de junho.
A etapa inicial do Programa LIAS envolverá uma formação online nos temas de clima, políticas públicas e gênero. Após a capacitação, o programa selecionará até 15 participantes para vivenciarem uma imersão em Brasília. O objetivo da viagem é que elas possam conhecer o funcionamento das estruturas de poder, como o Congresso e ministérios, além de interagir com profissionais que atuam com sustentabilidade nos setores público e não-governamental. E, com isso, identificar possíveis espaços de influência nas políticas públicas.
Serão selecionadas candidatas que atendam aos seguintes requisitos:
a) Demonstre disposição para se envolver no debate público sobre Amazônia e mudanças climáticas;
b) Tenha disponibilidade para participar de oito encontros online de duas horas cada, de uma a duas vezes na semana, entre junho e agosto;
c) Ter disponibilidade para participar de uma imersão de quatro dias em Brasília durante a segunda quinzena de agosto;
d) Tenha mais de 30 anos;
e) Resida no Pará há pelo menos 10 anos;
f) Atue profissionalmente há pelo menos cinco anos, podendo ser em diferentes áreas (saúde, educação, engenharia, istração, direito, movimentos sociais, cultura, arte, turismo, gastronomia, etc), com preferência para profissionais que não atuam diretamente na pauta ambiental;
g) Ocupe posição de liderança no trabalho, em movimentos sociais, em conselhos profissionais, no voluntariado e/ou nas redes sociais (ex: cargos de gerência, diretoria, líderes de comissões em conselhos profissionais, lideranças comunitárias, influenciadoras em seu nicho profissional, entre outros).
O programa incentiva a inscrição de mulheres indígenas, quilombolas, ribeirinhas, extrativistas, negras, rurais, periféricas, LGBTQIAPN+ e com deficiência, além de integrantes de outros grupos sociais que são afetados de forma mais grave pela crise do clima.
